ICE Rounds up WAMU Customers?

Speaking of “bailout,” here in California yesterday, was the biggest round up of criminal illegal aliens ICE has ever pulled off. The question is, how did they know they were criminals?

Wall Street Knows What It’s Doing (Does Washington?)

I intimated yesterday that the Dow’s near 800 point drop yesterday was just Wall Street giving America a proverbial bloody nose for not making that bailout plan happen, and the market would likely recover today. And that it did. After a drop like that, there were just too many bargains to pass up. The result was a substantial recovery.

Wallstreet Turns the Screws on America

The stock market took a historic swan dive today, holding the American people hostage to their economic whims. Hand over that money, or we’ll pound your 401k into dust. And what did our elected “leaders” do? A small gaggle came up with a bill so bad, so ridiculous, that they couldn’t even get their colleagues on board!

Washington Mutual + Illegal Aliens = Bailout?

During the campaign, we’ve seen both senators Obama and McCain pander to ethno-centrist groups in an effort to garner ostensibly, a sliver of the American vote. What we haven’t heard much of is what these candidates plan to do about illegal immigration, specifically regarding the impact its had on this country. Is this related to the current financial crisis? You bet.

I suppose there were those that suffered through the first presidential debate, hoping that somehow this historic event would be all it was billed to be. Those folks should have known better.
