That’s the word, and an arrest is imminent. Of course “arrest” is just a technicality because the suspect, Ingmar Guandique, is already doing time for attacking two other women. They just need to head over to cell block H and charge him.
The galling part of this, other than a young woman who had her whole life in front of her was ostensibly slaughtered by this maniac, is that this creep is not only an illegal alien, but had been arrested before, and in a scenario played out far too often, released. This clown, is a violent, illegal, American job stealing misogynist who had no business in this country. The slap to the American face doesn’t end there. This guy is actually up for parole in 2011!
What’s the problem, America doesn’t have enough crime, it has to import it? Is this one of the good folks that just want to work?
Just another reason to secure the border (like every other country), and enforce existing immigration laws. Yes, laws that are already on the books. Nope, instead, we’re in for another dose of comprehensive immigration reform.
Approximately 108,000 prisoners in CA are illegals. There is actually overcrowding in the jails, and lawsuits are emerging claiming that these inmates can’t get adequate health care. They say they are going to let 57,000 out within the next 3 years.
Maybe this guy will be one of the lucky ones…….

I think this guy is too high profile. The government will boast how they “cracked the case”, even though they had this guy years ago and turned him loose.
