Spreading The Wealth

Would you like to be a working stiff that has “a few bucks” leftover at the end of the month, or would you like to have 13 homes-or at least one exceptional home in the lap of luxury? That’s what I thought.

For those of you that have arrived (I’ll be there shortly), that despite the current mortgage crisis, real estate will recover. It always has and always will, because people have to live somewhere. Simple supply and demand. That makes the current state of affairs a prime opportunity to be buying real estate. And if you’re going to do it, go all out. Buying that vacation condo in a place like Miami Beach will put you smack in the middle of the beautiful people, surounded by stunning architecture to boot.

There are a number of miami condos that defy the conventional definition of “condo”. And isn’t that what you’re looking for? Take the Montclair for example. People are smiling, people are happening in a place like Miami Beach-and your place is right around the corner.

If I remember correctly, I thought the good book said to live in abundance. Why not have a flashy condo in Miami Beach? What you give will come back to you. You’ll contribute to the quality of life of you and your loved ones, create jobs (design, construction, maintenance, etc.), and all while living like a king (or queen). What does your home say about you? Make it talk…
